  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to our team; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
