When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-5 business days. For pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items, including the pre-order, are available at our Los Angeles warehouse.
Do my purchases count towards Hanteo and Gaon charts?
Yes, all album sales through Choice Music LA officially count toward the Hanteo and Circle (formerly Gaon) charts, directly supporting your favorite artists' rankings.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened albums or items where the factory seal has been broken.
How are pre-order benefits (POBs) handled?
Pre-order benefits are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. If a POB is included, it will be mentioned in the product description or added automatically to your shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we focus on providing the best service to customers within the United States and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product to initiate a claim.
